WordPress SEO for Food Bloggers at FBC5

Wholegrainer and WordPress dude Eugene Molari will be presenting this Sunday at Food Blogger Connect (FBC5) in London, providing valuable advice for food bloggers on ow you can take control of your own SEO and attract more readers to your site.

WordPress is hugely popular with food bloggers thanks to its ease of use, huge number of design templates available and it’s great SEO features.

At the end of the presentation, the following question was asked and the answer is below for those who would like to know:
Q: Can you add more than one Google+ profile url to your WP author profile via Yoast’s WordPress SEO plugin in case you had a guest author?
A: You can only add one Google+ profile link to each author inside your WordPress site, but you can add multiple users to your WordPress site, each linked to their individual Google+ profiles.   If you add a guest author as a user on your site then you can do this easily.  It only doesn’t work if you post an article on behalf of a guest author using your own WordPress login details, and then the plugin will assume that you are the author and link it to your Google+ profile instead of theirs.
