With years of experience across different sectors, projects and teams, Laurence likes finding practical solutions to complex problems and building sites that work properly, perform well and are easy to manage. The balance that WordPress offers between technical problem-solving and creating something genuinely useful for the people on the other end of the screen is what brought him to Wholegrain.
Outside of work, most of his time is taken up by his kids, the dog, the gym and the occasional round of golf — usually in that order.
