You’ve been debating a new update on your website so it’s time to fill out the New Work Request Form to help us precisely understand what you’re looking for from your project – whether that’s a new functionality, integration, accessibility updates – we want to hear all about it!
This form is for current clients of Wholegrain’s where we’ve either built the website or inherited and we are providing your website maintenance.
Helpful T&Cs
- Our minimum requirement for new work is a half day of time.
- All new work requests require scoping time from either our Technical or Experience team’s before providing a final quote for the work requested.
- Where possible, we use any remaining scoping time to begin working on your new work request.
- You can group small tasks together, and we recommend you doing so to maximise your time with us.
- For Ad Hoc clients, there is generally a 2-4 weeks wait until we can book time in the Studio to scope new work.
- Someone from our team will get back to you within 2 working days to confirm receipt of your request.
